If you have been arrested for or charged with an Impaired Driving Incident, you may be required by the Department of Motor Vehicles or the Court System, to have a Screening and Assessment completed. Your attorney may suggest you have a Screening and Assessment completed in an effort to proactively address this incident. I am a New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) Approved Provider of Screening, Assessment, and Treatment for the Impaired Driver System. Assessments may be completed in one session, or may require multiple. Each individual is different and the outcome of the Assessment may differ from person to person. I may suggest treatment for alcohol/substance use, 8-weeks of Psychoeducation, or no additional treatment. You are entitled to have additional assessments completed, should  you be concerned about the outcome. Please contact me for more information on fees associated with this service.
